BeWellTrip provides non-clinical coordination services: planning, appointment booking, interpreting, travel and accommodation arrangements, and follow-up support. We are not a hospital and do not provide medical diagnosis, advice or treatment.
All medical assessment and treatment are carried out by independent licensed hospitals and doctors, who decide whether a treatment is suitable for you. Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Treatment results vary from person to person and are never guaranteed.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness services are complementary and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. They are provided only by licensed practitioners at licensed institutions. Herbal medicines are prescribed only after a consultation with a licensed TCM physician. They can interact with other medicines and are generally not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Privacy notice
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, country, contact details, the service you're interested in, preferred city, travel dates, language, time zone and any note you add. Please do not submit medical records through this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your plan and coordinate your trip. With your explicit consent, we share relevant information with the hospitals and travel providers involved in your care.
Medical information
If medical documents are needed for an assessment, your coordinator will explain how to share them through a designated secure channel, and they will be used only for that purpose.
Third-party services
Messages sent via WhatsApp or email are also subject to those providers' own privacy policies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies or track you across sites. If you allow advertising measurement cookies, we use Google Ads to connect ad clicks with clicks that open WhatsApp. A click does not confirm that a message was sent. We do not send your form contents, WhatsApp messages or medical records to Google, and we do not use this measurement for personalised advertising. You can decline or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer; contacting us does not require consent. Your cookie choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@bewelltrip.com.
Terms of use
Contacting us, receiving a reply or receiving a preliminary plan does not create a service contract or a doctor–patient relationship. Services, fees, cancellation and refund terms are set out in a written quotation and service agreement before you pay anything.
The hospital guide on this website is based on public information and is provided for reference only. We work with many hospitals across China. If the hospital or doctor you want isn't listed, tell us and we'll contact them for you.
