Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp or send a short enquiry: the treatment you're interested in, your preferred city and when you'd like to travel. Please don't send medical records through the website.
Free assessment
Your coordinator explains what the hospital needs (for example dental photos and X-rays, a note on your health goals, or a short questionnaire and list of medicines for TCM wellness) and shares a secure channel for sending them.
Your written plan
We prepare a plan with a schedule, the number of visits, inclusions and a quotation that lists hospital fees and our coordination fee separately.
Confirm & prepare
Once you confirm, we book appointments, help with the hospital invitation letter for your visa if needed, and arrange your hotel and airport pick-up.
Care in China
Your coordinator meets you at arrivals, takes you to the hotel, comes to every appointment to interpret, and deals with the registration desk, the payment app and the taxi.
Home & follow-up
We check in after you fly home, arrange online follow-ups with your doctor and plan any return visit.
